Cant send ether out of my ethereum wallet (mist). Always get 0 of 12

I set all to maximum fees, but its seems to be too low. What can I do to get my ether to another address?

There should be people with the same problem here? Im very frustrated, that i cant send my ethereum because (for me) its A LOT OF money.... How can this coin have a future, when you cant do anything with it?
