Higher temps decrease lifespans. But, there isn't any magic number you should be targeting. GPUs will almost always throttle themselves before they are in any immediate danger. I've seen R9 290s run at 92-93degrees C for over a year straight. Keep in mind too that fans pushed too hard can be a royal pain in the ass to replace on some cards.
In my opinion, keeping those brand new cards cooler is the main priority since theyre made of a volcano.
adding some cooling solutions would perfectly fit in your situation but as long as they remain at 75-80 i think you will be safe at least 2 years (only basis on temp issue).
